Ilıca Houses project, Çeşme Ilıca region is located on the back parcel groups at a distance of 80 metres from the sea. The fact of belonging and privacy created by the adjacent twin house development conditions has been re-examined and the intermediate notes of the buildings have been emptied to be decidedly perceived as single structures in perspective. At the same time, a different and dynamic effect was tried to be created within the near environment uniformized housing typology with our roof design.
