Ardic Residence project is located in Çeşme Ardic district.

The design approach is shaped around juniper trees located within the plot. The trees in the middle of the structure mass were preserved and the structure was disintegrated in mass. This fragmentation has also been used in architectural planning fiction. The fluid terrace forms, which are important instruments of architectural design, are the traces of juniper trees scanned in silhouette. At the same time, the terrace designs take the floors apart, giving a view as if they were positioned directly above the sea. The geometry of the terraces consists of GFRC panels produced through 3d programs.
