Ayayorgi Houses project consists of 20 detached houses built on 800 metres in-land detached plots on Dalyan Road in Çeşme. As a design approach, it is aimed to create a dynamic and rich perception of space with high internal-external permeability, allowing different space use inside and outside. The typologically similar building language imposed by the project construction, plaques sliding on top of each other, wall panels moving outward and inward were tried to be disrupted. The limits of the structure of these sliding and moving planes and the contours of the imposed zoning geometry. It forms the backbone of the design with mass effect and non-attachment joint details obtained with the material.
